The EC-leasing Co. Remote Support Centre (ECL RSC) is an advanced computing centre, providing stages of design and drafting, modeling, testing and verification of the solutions for our clients under conditions, similar to the industrial operation.
Any modifications or alterations, introduced into the systems of our clients are always subject to all stages of design, modeling, testing and verification in the EC-leasing Co. Remote Support Centre (ECL RSC).
The EC-leasing Co. Remote Support Centre (ECL RSC) activities are performed according to the ECL RSC Activity Management and Incident Control Rule Book ( ECL RSC Governance Charter), which complies with the requirements of Service Level of Agreement (SLA) of our clients.
The actual composition of hardware under support includes all most up-dated and advanced architectures, such as IBM z System, IBM Power Systems, Intel-servers, etc.
The combination of hardware is possible to expand on demand of our clients.
